Not particularly notable. No one ever implies that birds can't hear each other sing and yet turtle deafness was certainly implied in this video. Sure, turtles have a little hole, but that's more visible than what a typical feathered bird has. Other reptiles have very obvious ears, like fully exposed eardrum-like discs flush with the surface of the skin.
