SCIENTIFIC REASONING FOR GHOSTS?

Has there been any? I was watching the History Channel last week about Civil War ghosts and I saw an actual ghosts that haunts this hotel. It was illuminating. Before that, I never really believed in them. Could it be that these are just extra-dimensional entities that pass thru our own? Or that they are the product of various times colliding? Anything anyone?

BTW, is there a website that has actual (non-photoshopped) videos/images of ghosts?

You want a scientific reasoning regarding ghosts?
Well, as far as science is concerned, ghosts do not exist. There's no substantial evidence to suggest that there's anything like ghosts, and then we don't even know what exaclty to think of when we hear the word 'ghost'. It might be just a glitch in the space-time continuum for all we know ;)

I think if you want true proof.. You need to head up to a local cemetary.. one on a hill or up higher.. Do it on a dark night.. a real dark night either new moon or a cloudy night. Take your camera up and just start flashing picks off.. random pics.. and do it over freshly laid graves.. and then take a series with the flash off.. I wouldn't be surprised at all if you found something.. I think I might actually do this myself.

Must be mind numbingly dull to be a ghost. And no privacy either. People come around to the cemetary where you just hang out and wander around, and snap pictures of you when they want to. Geez. :D

That series of pictures at the above link with the "rope lights" in the cemetary - it looks like the photographer had REALLY shaky hands while filming an outdoor light, then set the camera in front of a grave for several hours in very dim light. Camera tricks can seem very realistic to those who don't know how it's done. That's why magicians can amaze us with their illusions.
