This box is used by mainly TW and Comcast and probably other cable companies. I notice many people tell me that they encounter problems with Video On Demand such as errors contacting the server that the movie is on. While others experience random reboots. Can anyone take guess, if you're familiar with said box, and tell me why these things occur and what can be done to prevent them? Thank you.
