Name three things used to explain why it is quite possible that this president is the most sound-minded person to ever occupy the White House.

Dank, I watched that Hannity addition and found it very amusing. My opinion might not be worth much, but the impression got, and got strongly was that she is a gold digger. Her real interest seemed to me to be selling her book.

The problem with posing herself as an "expert" is, in spite of the Ph.D's, "experts" who write books and go on TV tend to confine their commentary to their own area of expertise. If they have a political bias, you'll have to tease it out from their jargoned professional opinions. This lady just goes out and screams like a partisan across a broad array of issues unrelated to her degrees. Why should anyone take someone so obviously partisan seriously as an unbiased expert?

Book sales to appeal to confirmation bias is big business. It is ridiculous IMO how many people buy up books just to be told what they want to hear. It's not limited to just politics either. And they are all crap IMO.

The scientifically illiterate, bigots of every ideology, have one great disadvantage in every debate and it's the fact that the reality they live in is fake. That which is fake, is unreal, not scientifically true, not rational, not based on logical thinking. This rather glaring defect is best pasted over by including, along with the rest of the nuttiness, the notion that it is also scientific. Thus we get Creation Science, Climate Denial Science, and a book by a PhD in science that Trump is actually sane. As long as a few brain dead cells can chant 'science', everything will be OK.

"If I could wave my magic wand

I am made from the dust of the stars
and the oceans flow in my veins
Here I hide in the heart of the city
like a stranger coming out of the rain
the evening plane rises up from the runway
over constellations of light
I look down into a million houses
and wonder what you’re doing tonight

If I could wave my magic wand
I’d make everything all right
I’m not one to believe in magic
But I sometimes have a second sight
I’m not one with a sense of proportion
When my heart still changes overnight

I had a dream of a winter garden
a midnight rendezvous
silver, blue, and frozen silence
what a fool I was for you
I had a dream of the open water
I was swimming away out to sea
so deep I could never touch bottom
what a fool I used to be

If I could wave my magic wand
I’d set everybody free
I’m not one to believe in magic
Though my memory has a second sight
I’m not one to go pointing my finger
When I radiate more heat than light

Don’t ask me
I’m just improvising
my illusion of careless flight
can’t you see
my temperature’s rising
I radiate more heat than light
don’t ask me
I’m just sympathizing
my illusion's a harmless flight
can’t you see
my temperature’s rising
I radiate more heat than light.

I’m not one to believe in magic
But I sometimes have a second sight
I’m not one with a sense of proportion
When my heart still changes overnight.

If I could wave my magic wand
I'd make everything alright."

"the most sound-minded person to ever occupy the White House"

Pandering so fulsome only a Trump worshiper could speak it with a straight face.

Of course since it's Trump he has to have the best, biglyist, most luxurious, and most covfefe mind "ever," just being of sound mind would be loser talk! Sad!

And it might help distract us from his meltdown over his legal troubles, the book, and that anonymous op-ed writer. Squirrel!

There's an odd but unintuitive truth about logic and sanity contained within wisdom: I know I'm probably wrong, that's what makes me sane. Only the insane are sure they're always right.

Perhaps there are two certainties, one that whatever one feels is right is right and another that the joy of love is unmistakable. If the first becomes the second then perhaps will and surrender are one and the same thing.

Right and love are always the same thing. Just like fear and hate are always the same thing. The former will always lead to joy while the latter will always lead to pain. We create our certainties as we go along, with little understanding we to how we got there. But that's just my subjective opinion.

So all I have to do is write a book praising Trump, go on Hannity to promote it, and I'll be filthy rich? Still not worth it...

If you just tell Trump he is the greatest he will give you a cabinet position. That's some pretty good money right there.

Just another Conserva-con artist trying to cash in on stupidity. It's a proven formula. And well, they're gonna be crazy, anyway, so why not?
