sounds like something our ultra-controlling b!tch of a vice principle would do. No one at my school would stand for that... the faculty has found it in their best interest to let us do what we want so long as it's of no harm to anyone else. We have lax dress codes, smoking policies etc. and everyone's happy, except the vice principal. She tries to 'fix' what she can, but has no help from the rest of the teachers

That's so ridiculous. Of course in the eyes of the administration I'm sure they find that school dances are becoming too sexual, and they probably are.. but that gives them no right whatsoever to have a 'thong check'.
 
I'd be more concerned as an administrator to what they had on visible (and whether you could see their underwear at all), not what their underwear was. If the kids are gonna go off some place, not having a thong on won't stop them 😉

Hah, I can tell you thisvice principal is going to burn. It happens though, Staff overstepping thier authority to enforce their own wthics. My high school actually ban relationships, now that is dum, ofcourse all it did was confirm that the head of discipline was an idiot. too bad they can do that crap in Zambia.

No JOke...this is seriously where i attend school as a junior.
When my sister told me this last friday night...i thought she exaggerated the truth.

Ever since then....everyone has been talking about it on campus.
