Well actually both of them have gone on at great length about how disgusted they are with black culture.

One of them even went so far as to, on multiple occasions, lament that he wasn't white.

If you find me to be some horrible racist, consider that when he did so, I told him that was stupid, there was nothing wrong with being black, and to not let a certain (albeit high as fuck) percentage ruin it for him.

When we were serving together in the Navy he expressed interest in a white girl who worked at this restaurant, and I not only encouraged him to ask her out, but drove him there so he could.

The self-hate thing was silly, but this young man was incredibly intelligent and well put-together, and had a lot of class. If as many young black men were like him as are currently like Trayvon (thuggish delinquent criminal pieces of shit) the world would be a remarkably better place. And a lot of anti-black racists would be forced to stfu too.
