I don't drink, so I've never had a hangover...it doesn't make you forget anything does it?

From what I have heard, it's like a migraine. I used to get severe migraines often.
It's a bit like having a bad case of flu whilst being on a rollercoaster after eating a dodgy kebab.

I've been doing a ton of air-fried nuts lately:

1. Roasted
2. Spiced
3. Sweet

Made this one last week, came out great:

Interesting, I never would have thought of trying that.
Here's a guide to toasting:

The sweet ones with egg whites come out like the candied nuts you get at the fair. They usually take at least an hour in a regular oven, but they only take 10 minutes in the airfryer!

You can also make savory seasoned nuts with everything from Old Bay to chili powder:

Pretty much, you just toss the nuts with a liquid (oil, syrup, water, egg white, etc.) & your seasoning of choice, then drop into your airfryer. I use parchment paper or aluminum foil to wrap the button of the plate so the nuts don't fall through, which also makes it easier to clean. Basic procedure is:

1. Dump the nuts in a flat row into the airfryer basket
2. Bake at 330F for 5 minutes (no preheat required)
3. Use a spoon or whatever to stir them around & flip them, then let them cook for another 5 minutes

Then just spread out on a sheet pan, cutting board, or pre-cut sheet of parchment to cool down. I like using parchment because then I don't have to clean anything up & the candied ones don't stick to the paper after cooling down & solidifying. A 200-pack is $20 on Amazon:
