School dances sure have changed

blocked... summary?

it is 3rd graders grinding/freak dance, under the direction , it appears , of their school teacher, from the looks of it , in the school yard

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freak_dancing

Grinding is a type of close partner dance where two or more dancers rub their bodies (especially the genitalia) against each other in a sexually suggestive manner. It has gained popularity at night clubs, and eventually moved on to high school and middle school dances especially in the United States and Canada[1] where there have been cases of administrators attempting to ban it due to its explicit nature and incidence involving injury.[2]
Dancing which consists mainly of grinding has also been referred to as freak dancing or freaking

That's not far off. My wife is a teacher and we've had to chaperone a few middle school and freshman dances. I'm not an old dude (34), but I was blow away by how these kids dance! They are pretty much a few millimeters of fabric away from fucking on the dance floor. The last one we did my wife had a break up what became a lap dance on the dance floor. A kid got a chair and was sitting in a circle of other kids and the girls were taking turns giving him lap dances. I'm not kidding.

Is it sad that by the time those little fuckers get to college age they'll receive more grants and scholarship money than I ever did?

The world ain't right son.

They werent speaking english, but this could still easily be an American school.
And yes, they will get assloads of free handouts while I am busting my butt and paying taxes.

And people wonder why kids are having sex in their early teens. Promoting that behavior then probably forgetting to educate them to wrap it up when they actually do it. If I was a parent and I saw the school allowing that behavior, my kid would be pulled out the second after I laced into the principal and reported him/her to the district.

No way that's an American school - maybe Rio or something.

It doesn't look like a school at all to me, it looks like a private daycare/aftercare campus and could easily be in Florida. Those places are all over in Florida and many of them cater specifically to Spanish speaking immigrants (legal or illegal).
