During that time there wasn't cops in schools at least in my experience ( early 1961 up to 1973 ). Didn't need cops in school as the teachers and parents knew how to stop the bull shit and didn't allow the students to rule the schools.

There were at mine (in the midwest) undercover drug agents which was funny because our school was about as rowdy as a church bingo night.
