Bosox will be back next year!! Die Yankees!

Also heard A-Rod is talking about going to the Sox but that's a longshot. Boston is looking to go after Vasquez and Millwood as well to solidify their starting rotation.

Arod wants to go to the Red Sox or the Yankees. If the Red Sox will just suck it up, and trade Manny + cash, they could then get involved with a three or four way deal, and get Arod. The Rangers would like to unload Arod, but Arod will only agree to being traded to the Yanks or Red Sox.

that is a very good rotation with plenty of different looks.
It would be great for the #1 Starter to be a gutsy performer instead of a nancyboy Head Case who pusses out at the end of every season.

Looks like this is a 3 way deal....

A source close to the Diamondbacks' Curt Schilling told Dan Patrick that Schilling hopes to find out later this afternoon whether he will be part of a three-team deal that would send him to Boston.

The potential deal also includes the Brewers, ESPN's Peter Gammons reported on The Dan Patrick Show. Red Sox left-hander Casey Fossum and prospects would be sent to the Brewers and first baseman Richie Sexson would be traded from Milwaukee to Arizona.

Schilling would have to waive his no-trade clause for the trade to happen. Schilling also has said he wants a three-year extension -- his Arizona contract, which will pay him $12 million in 2004, runs out after the coming season.

There were some talks about a 3 team deal but I don't think it'll happen. If Bosox gets A-Rod, they have to move Nomar but it is in their best interest to move him as he'll be in his final year of his contract.

Bring lots of warm clothes and if you are going to root for the Red Sox a couple of crying towels, you will need both!

Its not the Red Sox that have been holding this deal up, its the Ragners. ARod wants the deal, Manny wants the deal, and the Red Sox want the deal...the Rangers? Theyre not so sure. I dont know if I see it happening.

Who the hell are the Red Sox going to give up? Their farm system kind of sucks...or are they also going to trade someone off of their MLB roster?

its a 3 way deal which would send Sexson to AZ and Fossum++ to Milwaukee.

Ah, gotta love the enmity of a Chokeland A's fan who was beaten by "nancyboy Head Case". lol

can't choke if you are the underdogs ..
