agreed. theyve been through a lot, so they deserve some slack. but utlimately she was his wife and he has the right to do whatever with her remains.

Pretty traumatic to lose your wife, attempt to do what you think she wanted you to do, care for her like crazy, and get labeled as an abuser, a murderer and basically an unworthy human being by your in-laws.

exactly. there was no dirt, and it was found she did indeed have the brain capacity of a 4 month old, and there was no abuse as her parent's alleged. no dirty sh!t = no media care.
