If you live in Boston, go to Fisher college and stay in any of teh rooms with computers after 1 AM. They have some freaky sh!t going on there. I was there once, and all the moniters began to flicker on and off....I wa sscared sh!tless and ran out.
 
I do remember seeing a haunted house in Toronto where it had a "chicken exit" halfway through. If you did skip that exit and go on, they'd give you half your money back or something like that.

But it wasn't a case of "nobody ever making it all the way through". Many did. Though I do recall seeing a few people running full speed out the chicken exit.
