the only controller configuration changes I had to make was reverse the X and Y axis's.

liking the game also.. even though i have a 360 pad I tend to use mouse/key instead loving it so far.

the mouse and keyboard are ok until you:

a. want to drive around
b. ever plan on getting in a gun fight

oh and when a coke deal goes bad it's awesome, the game lets you finish the bad deal and you can do another large purchase right away without having to find a lead.

question for you man, do you have a problem taunting? I press T and try to let it go within the range it says to get my balls meter up, or get more money from a coke deal, but it seems to stop wherever the hell it wants, sorta like that stupid game at Dave & Busters where you can win a Nintendo DS if the bar stops at the top. I've never had this much trouble with a game!

Do you mean intimidation, not taunting? All I do to taunt someone, is hit T directly after taking them down... And I get "balls" for doing so. Intimidation, on the other hand, that's where you'll get the meter and have to hold and release the T key. For that, just try to release the key when the meter gets around 10 o'clock.

Anyone hear any details about being able to rob the armored trucks that are seen driving around? I had heard that you could take them to a specific location and blow them up to get the money out (sounds wacky, but in a cool Butch Cassidy blow the crap out of your loot kinda way). haha

Or maybe you can just drive up to a bank with the stolen truck and cash out... Not sure.

Any input?

I beat this last night

The last few missions are sick hard, but enjoyable nonetheless.

I found myself ducking in hallways building up my rage to get health back.



I enjoyed this game more than GTA:SA, right up there with Vice City.

see i like it alot for both of those... I can control bothj just like an FPS and shred them..
you get used to it playing NFS with keyboard ebfore i bought a gamepad =)
then realized I had become just as good with keyboard as with gamepad...

holding right mosue button in a gunfight locks target and mouse moves the target to fine tune hits... works great
