As an armchair movie critic :
I find scarface the definition of entrepreneurship. This what you get if you do not guide people to show that there are more positive peaceful ways to a good life. High IQ and the need to survive. EQ where empathy is a part of really comes second then. Thus if you take in immigrants without knowing if you can keep them busy and without giving them the hope of prosperity... This might happen. People want to get rich, and the only opportunity is drug trade. Then again, watch out for psychopaths and sociopaths. Another flaw of government in general is the lack of not screening people for psychological issues. Not to label people with psychological issues and put them in jail, but to prevent them from going the wrong path because they might be influenced easy or pushed into wrong behavior. Sometimes it is better to prevent than to solve. But it still is a good movie about how self destructive people can be. Similar as the movie Goodfellas. Being a mob gangster seems so cool. Until you are the restaurant or shop owner that is black mailed or forced to cooperate because they threaten to kill your family. The great part of these movies is that you can enjoy a criminal without actually being one. But do not turn into one after....
I know, to some of who read this i sound like a god damned socialist communist again...
