No drive attached to Fastrak controller. BIOS not installed.

Does anyone think they can help me please. Im not sure what Im doing wrong. Im trying to install a Asus P4C800-E motherboard, and from what the user guide says I have it all hooked up right. It just won't start windows. I've tried a boot disk w/ the BIOs and Afudos.exe and it flashes, but when it restarts it times out on the IDE scan. What's goin on?!
 
my guess is that your bios is setup to boot off that Fastrak controller, and since you don't have any drives attached to it, thats why it stalls there.
Just change boot order in bios, that should help, unless i'm missin something.
