Scanners Without a GUI

Are there any scanners out on the market can that transparently scan documents right to your drive?

We basically want to hit the button on the scanner which will do a full scan of a doc and save it as a jpg (or whatever) right to the drive for inventory purposes. The key is to have no user intervention...
