Question Scanner scans only half of the page, the rest is black

My canon TR8550 scanner sudden only scans about half of the page with the rest all black on my windows 11.

I tried the troubleshooter in Devices and Printers but didn't work. I un- and reinstalled my canon and also didn't work

Does anyone have a solution?

When the light bar scans down the page, can you see whether or not it stays lit all the way down?
