I have an IBM scanner it's a 0275-001. The bulb is shot and I can't find one. Everybody acts like I should just buy a new scanner. I paid $230 (ofcourse it was a few years ago) for this thing and now I should buy a new one because the bulb is shot???
 
Have you tried calling IBM support yet. They can usually get you parts for anything they have a name on.
