I'm in the market for a camcorder, and I come across AM Photoworld and Broadway Photo both of which have really good prices; about $250 less on the camcorder I was looking for. I get really excited, but then come across Bizrate's and Resller Ratings' feedback, and I just get sick to my stomach. Both companies seem to be the same; WHOIS on Broadway Photo, WHOIS on AM Photoworld. It looks like they're running a major bait and switch operation. Although this is usually enough to get my blood boiling, what really got under my skin is that these scum have the audacity to be rude, lie, and hang up on customers when they call and question their order! These guys should rot in hell. I find it hard to believe that people like this actually exist.
Now, I've never been scammed myself since I'm so paranoid, but reading all the comments people had to make almost made me hurl. I wish I were a little older so that I can round up a couple of friends and pretend to be federal officers and inspectors. I'd just raid the freaking place in the middle of the day and confiscate all their merchandise, and handcuff the owners to a park bench with a sign on their foreheads exposing their diservice to humanity. ARRRGHHHHHHHHHHH :|
