Well, maybe the she-male will get in touch with her most prominent male side. Scalia doing a good job to introduce her to the real world.

That is one seriously dwarfish, ugly, she-male.

According to two witnesses, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia took fellow Justice Elena Kagan out for a lesson in skeet shooting at his shooting club in Virginia last week.

The witnesses saw Scalia at the Fairfax Rod and Gun Club, where he is a member, around noon on Wednesday of last week. He was with a woman who was noticeably diminutive in height, like Kagan, who stands at about five feet three inches. The witnesses, who got a very close look at the pair, say that the woman was the newest Supreme Court Justice.

Scalia was bending down in order to teach Kagan how to hold the shotgun, the witnesses say, and the pair were shooting skeet.

While you may not like her, to disrespect her by her physical appearance/gender choice is not acceptable.

Why do you hate successful liberal women? Jealousy is such an evil emotion.

Don't hate her, just hate her views that the government has the ability to ban books. She was arguing the federal government side on the CU case. Scalia was just trying to teach her the concept of the 2nd amendment protecting the first.

You're one sick person.

Pay fucking attention to her reasoning in the CU case. Just to refresh your memory...

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

What does that have to do with you being a psycho?

not to back spidey07, but i believe it's rather justifiable to want someone dead who is willing to infringe on our protected rights.

What would Scalia know about the rest of the Bill of Rights? His whole purpose for existence is to extinguish liberty where ever it contests executive power.

There is just something liberating about shooting clay pigions, its almost as liberating as killing 10 million Ziolons in some computer game.

At no point in time is some living breathing life form injured in the process.

But be it skeet or a computer game, we can't beat the feat of all those incovinced electrons, a supreme pleasure for us all.

Jump to conclusions much?

I mentioned the she-male's argument in the CU case and posted the 1st amendment and you call me crazy.

Respond to my point or just throw insults. She-male midget argued in direct violation of the 1st amendment.

That's not why I called you crazy. Get a grip.

As Solicitor General she argued the administration's viewpoint on the case, not necessarily her personal viewpoint.

Nice personal attack on a government official for doing her job... centering the attacks on her physical appearance is a particularly nice touch.

Can someone please explain to me how Kegan joining Scalia at some harmless skeet shooting somehow morphs into a giant SCOTUS food fight and constitution crisis?

Methinks this thread is much ado made of nothing.

Could you provide a case where Scalia upheld the Fourth or Fifth Amendments?

Kyllo v. United States off the top of my head. I'm sure there are several more. He has a viewpoint of protecting the home in 4th amendment issues.

Why do you freaks think upholding The Constitution is so crazy? Explain yourself.

Shooting people in the face without liability is upholding the constitution?

No.

No accountability for anyone in the government is upholding the constitution?

No.

You have made a mockery out of the constitution and you supported it all the way, now you are trying to act like you are for what you were against and no one, NOT ONE is buying it.

You are pathetic at best.
