Imo, he should attend the funeral.

Thought I read he is visiting the blm activist who is running for Baltimore mayor.

On that note. The BLM activist who is running for Mayor of Baltimore is also the guy who while teaching at Yale said that rioting is ok, and even beneficial. Someone should tell the store owners the good news. If elected he is sure to be a fantastic Mayor with that attitude. Apparently our Pres supports this.

It's obvious you just believed the Fox News translation of the original piece-

http://thenewinquiry.com/essays/in-defense-of-looting/

It's obviously deeper than your intellect can handle.

Why do people go to funerals? To show respect. If at all possible, and if the family wishes, he should go in my opinion. Either way he will be vilified by someone. It's really a no win thing.

Oh look, insults as usual. A sure way to show intellect and have your opinion heard.

Yes I believe the article I linked, what's not to believe. The fact that he supports the looting and destruction of what happened in Ferguson is astounding to me, and the fact that it was being taught at such a university as Yale is also astounding. It destroyed the very community that was already in shambles, nothing good came from it. But I guess you support this behavior as well. Nice to know.

So Fox News spin is good enough for you, right? No point in actually reading the source material because you trust Fox, right?

Of course you do. They tell you what you want to hear.

All of which is just duhversion from Scalia's funeral & the question of his successor. If you can discredit the person making the nomination using unrelated events you can discredit the nominee.

Wow a rare point of agreement.

If I were Obama I wouldn't go because of Scalia's characterization of the Voting Rights Act as some sort of "minority handout". Knowing the significance of the VRA and CRA he trivialized the rationale behind them.
