I'm looking for a kitchen scale that would give me reasonably precise readings for weights between 0 through 1 lb. or even 0 through 8 ozs., in increments of 1 oz. or less (preferably much less).

My breakfast includes nuts and berries, and I am not sure how else I would be able to account for how much I am consuming.

In any any case, if you use a scale a for weighing food, would you let me know which one you use, if you are happy with it, and where one can get it from?

Thanks.

Edit: I guess I should weigh food in grams (not lbs. and ozs.). So, please feel free to suggest food scales that range from 0 through 1 kg., with a 1 gm. (or 5gms.) increment.

I bought mine on ebay. The exact model I have isn't available anymore, but just search for electronic scale. There are lots of models that will work.

I got one at target measuring to the nearest .01 oz. All of the electronic ones I saw had oz/gm w/ tare function.
