I have tanita one and it's ok, but dont expect super accurate results. I can make the results swing from 4 percent body fat to 24 percent, depending on how wet my feet are, how much water i've recently ingested, and what time of day i got on it. However, assuming you keep these variables constant (by measuring yourself first thing in the morning at the same time, with dry feet & no water before bed), you can get a fairly accurate RELATIVE measurement. That is, you can tell when you're dropping or adding body fat. The numbers you'll get arent nearly as important as how they change day-to-day. Just don't expect that actual number to be the most accurate figure in the world.
