That's going to end up being the deal breaker. Just don't go to the doctor for six weeks then let the state pick up the tab for the next nineteen years.

Seriously....are you again so ill informed about human biology that you actually think the moment a woman becomes pregnant that she knows it? LOL!

Again, not surprising commentary coming from you.....self-professed know-nothing.

Sure. They get a "glow" and then there's a knock at the door...

When she opens it, there's three guys there saying "We saw a star dude.."

Correct. That is my opinion.

We will find out how meaningless this is when we see how many babies the state ends up supporting when this doesn't become a law.

Guess what, the state will find themselves interacting with fallout from their policies one way or another. Whether or not this specifically becomes law wont change that.

Law or not, it's meaningful to find out how sincere "pro-lifers" really are, again, and again. Pro-birthers are abundant, pro-lifers not so much.

Meh.

Personally I believe in choice up to a point... such as up to 20 weeks. After that with the exception of health for the mother or fetus such as a debilitating birth defect or a threat to the mothers life.

...that's essentially what pro-choice is.

there are no exceptions for pro-life. (which is never about "life")

My idea is more direct. Those who choose to try to stop someone from making their choice freely would have to pick up the tab for the entire result and have to accept the result as an adoptive agency or parent. Not the state, but the plaintiff in a legal challenge, be it a church, political group or individual. Churches or groups would be tasked with finding a willing home.

And? The point is the six week limit. Try to follow the logic, all she has to do is say "I want an abortion" after six weeks have passed and the state starts paying the bills. Doesn't matter if she knew or not.
Regardless, the bill will go down in flames. I assume the six week limit will as well because it's clearly a mechanism to ban abortion.
