I did upgrade from SB Player 1 to new version 2 and it is simple to work with, I really hate having my task bar and resources taken with all kinds of media players, so I use it as the default player for most media files. The only feature I miss from musicmatch is the auto DJ function, with the SB Player you have to create a play list to play songs. If not you have to put them on the playing que, as far as the interface goes it is simple yet practical and it does support multiple VR mp3 encoding. Skins are nice and it interfaces with the lava player which is like a 3d motion player that offer multiple scenes to play around with (got to have a nice 3d card thoug). Hope it helps.
