I need to post an updated picture, because we really really don't look anything alike now (that picture was horribly taken at the last minute to avoid a big black box going in its place on the new site)...although I have grown a beard...

I thought it was funny, I wasn't offended at all. I know they're just doing their job so I just did my best to cooperate. It's not like they were profiling me or anything, they were simply following up on a call they had received. I think I should be more annoyed at whoever confused me with the suspected terrorist to begin with

They were laughing the whole time and it takes a lot to get me upset, so it was a pretty easy situation to be calm about.

As I was telling Anand, the NC SBI are a cool bunch. So it's very understandable that they were very light-hearted about the whole thing. I went to the latest SBI graduation in March b/c my best friend was graduating from the academy into the SBI. Everyone there was very professional, but you tell that they had a jovial side to them as well. But I'm surrounded by SBI. My best friend is a field agent and my housemate, she's in weapons/ballistics.

What the hell they need a radeon for they can't even see straight FFS. All they need is onboard video they're eyesight sucks too much to appreciate the subtle differences of the latest video cards.

Eyesight impaired rejoice! You can now get 100s of frames per second in the latest games by switching to 320x200, and you won't notice any difference in image quality.

You (and they) handled it well. NC SBI has grown very professional over the last couple decades. Glad they didn't treat you like a criminal off the bat.

Yup. My sister was remarried to a man from Jordan who travels there frequently. Hes a good guy and very faithful (Ive known him about 10 years). Hes been interviewed by the FBI, although nothing overt since 9/11.

Awhile back I was visiting my sister and the phone rang but the caller hang up. Someone joked that it was the FBI. Nobody was laughing. :laugh:
