SB Live Help: How to use microphones/speakers at same time?

My dad likes to use headphones while he plays his videogames... but likes to use the speakers on his LCD monitor for everything else (no earphone jack on monitor/speakers).

The earphones are plugged into the SB Live output right now. Is there a way we can plug the speakers into another one of the holes on the soundcard and then select which method he wants to use through Windows?
