Just got my i7 2600 and my Gigabyte P67A-UD3P. Everything is working fine except for the voltages being displayed in various programs are incorrect.

CPU-z shows as 1.056 no matter what I set it to in the BIOS.
AIDA64 shows as 2.976, which there is no question is incorrect.

I assume this is a MB issue, and I have already flashed my BIOS to the latest. Anyone else having this issue?

Oh, and my vCore is set to 1.165v for a stable 4.0Ghz at 55C.

It's still a relatively new socket, would expect to have a bug or 2 in the mobo. There's only a few options you have: return mobo and get a different one, wait for update, rma.

Well, I assume it is a Gigabyte MB issue. I have no other issues at all with it and the BIOS does set the correct values. So it is functional. I will wait for updates, as it is not worth it to rma now.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has this issue with a Gigabyte MB.

I'd just wait for the update. As long as the bios is reporting it correctly.

Btw, how did you get a 2600 to 4ghz? I thought they were limited to about 3.8?

heh, the non-K version can OC to 4.2 on all cores. And since I was never planning to go higher, I saved the $40 instead of getting the K.

I'd guess its a cpu-z and AIDA64 issue.

I have seen CPU-z display correct values on SB chips on ASUS MBs. Maybe is a compatability issue with the GB BIOS and these apps. I am sure it will get worked out.
