SB Audigy sound card and ATX case w/front jacks

Hello does anybody know the pins on SB Audigy sound card part number SB0090 for front bezel connection. I have a ATX case (DreamStar 10-Bay ATX Mid-Tower Case) with front headphones, mic ports and firewire but do not know the pins on card. Below is the case's link where I purchased it. The case did not come with a manual.
