Evolution killed off most people that could do this, as they latched on and never worried about reproducing.

Reasoning?

There are a lot of things, but most of them are just for me and not for profit.

I'd love to continue flying and eventually get my license.
I'd love to learn to work with wood. I'd like to be able to create some simple things that we can keep in the family, be it a rocking chair or a piece of furniture.
I'd like to be an extraordinary chef/cook.
I'd like to be an excellent gardener, primarily for vegetables.

That's all that immediately comes to mind. All the above are within reach of most people, but it's just a matter of time. As they say (or at least I've heard), it takes 10 years of experience or 10,000 hours or so to truly become an expert in something. You really have to pick your interests wisely...

Thanks for the reminder. I thought I got it the first time, now I really get it...

You mean sales?

Its actually kind of a bitch being able to manipulate people.

No, more like telling you to jump off a building w/ my mind.

Either basketball or baseball.

Basketball:

Way more fun
More glamorous
Knocking down 3 pointer after 3 pointer to shut up a crowd would be awesome
Dunking would be the sh!t.
Can't fuck around at practice because being good at shooting and stuff != knowing how to run plays/be at certain spots

Baseball:

Would pay just as much (maybe more because of no salary cap)
Way less work
Much more boring
One of the perks would be being able to hit the ball so well, you can just fuck around during practice

In the end, I'd probably choose baseball, only because you can swing a bat for a years with not much wear and tear on your body. In basketball, getting old means sore knees, sore joints, hip replacements, etc.

Pitch a baseball. I would have a 95-99 MPH fastball with some heavy cut action to it, a devastating change-up and tight breaking slider.

I could get the girls and monies with that.

I thought of that too. If I could dribble a basketball worth a damn I possibly could have niched out a role like a Steve Kerr did. I'm an excellent shooter. Just the other day dinking around at the gym I hit 17 out of 20 from beyond the 3 point line. In pickup games it's not uncommon for me to knockdown 4 or 5 shots in a row before I start actually getting guarded.

But the second I have to put the ball on the ground I turn to crap. I just can't dribble to save my life.

I have a similar issue.

I'm damn good on defense. Good to the point where I can keep our 6'4" forward from scoring on me (I'm pushing 5'10") because I can "get big" when I need to. I'm also able to grab the rim with one hand, and I'm literally an inch away from being able to dunk. I can shoot and play post very well....

But I have no ball control. Whatsoever.... Like if I get the ball and can't post, I don't even dribble - PASS PASS PASS. lol
