Scotty and Beverly rarely shared the same piece of furniture, much less lay down near each other. That picture I posted was a rarity. They'd just tend to ignore each other most of the time. But if they'd make eye contact, Beverly would get all defensive and swat Scotty's face and run away, even if he's just casually looking around. Then he'd shake his head, watch her leave, and act like nothing happened.

oh man, it looks EXACTLY like my own family's fat cat. same coloring, same fatness, same "fvck you" expression. ours passed away after 21 years a few months ago, but we loved our tubby, crabby cat.
Thanks, Mickey and Oscar have been together about 9 years and are only a year apart in age (Oscar's 11, Mickey's 10). I actually want to give them up, but I want to find someone who'll take them both together as I don't want to split them up. They fit and wrestle a bit but it's also cute to see them sleep together and groom each other. Sometimes that's what starts the wrestling matches 😀

1. The Mets suck. NYY baby!
2. The cat is pretty big, but nothing compared to what I've seen. My ex-girlfriend had a cat named "Rocky" that was 22 lbs of lean, mean cat. I swear to god that thing was a bobcat. Worse part was the damn demon cat hated me. I still have nightmares of waking up in the middle of the night and having the gargantuan staring at me from the end of the bed with its ears back.

My cat a little over a year and is 25 pounds and a bit over 3 feet from the tip of his nose to the end of his tail. From his nose to the end of his body without the tail he's over 2 feet. Unfortunately he has hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and will probably only live to be 3-4 years old. 🙁
