At 4 bucks a gallon my weely gas for work will be $160/week.
I told ya to move to Shelby county...or Frankfort.

;)

nah, I prefer not to have to date relatives inorder to fit in.

Instead of bitching and moaning about paying $5 extra for a tank of gas, maybe people should just be thankful that they didn't lose everything they own in a hurricane and shut the fvck up.

I'm not happy to pay these prices. As I get older and mellow some, I get concerned about people making low wages that can only afford older cars with bad mileage. At what point will it not be cost effective for them to work?

What's really going to suck is when we run out of oil.

Big deal, your Canadian neighbours to the north have been paying above $4 a gallon for quite some time now.

And they have free healthcare/education. I'd pay $1/gallon more for the same.

It's called socialism. The country heavily taxes consumables so that they can give the money to people who don't want to work.

Nah, that would require them to not be bitching, moaning, hateful assholes. Can't have that... then it wouldn't be AT anymore. So screw the hurricane sufferers, they say, I'm just pissed about the price at the pump!

Now I have a 10 mile commute (round trip), my car has 320hp, AWD, and gets 25 mpg. Only drawback is it takes super. Ah well, can't quite have everything.

It is not just petrol but also natural gas and heating oil that will cost more as well as other petrol products. Also labor day weekend is upon us I cannot wait too see how much gas costs on Sat. Luckly i have a 32mpg (hw) Sentra so I pay about $40/week to drive to work (80mi round trip)

STi. Its still a 4 banger, hence why the decent mileage.

Even my lowly 280 HP 6 can get 28-29.
