Peace out John Smoltz. Hit some HRs, AROD.
Yesterday was the perfect time for A-Rod. The Yanks had a big lead. Time for him to bear down and pad those stats!

Enjoy your fresh slice of crow this morning 🙂

I was at last night's game - unbelievable stuff. True enough in a million years I would not have bet on Arod to win last night's game - the noise that went up when he hit that shot was unbelievable. The 5.5 hour investment 40k+ people put in was vindicated.

Game one, a Yankee score fest. Game two, a stunning pitching exhibition on both sides (and a happy ending for us Yankee fans).

What's it gonna be for Game three?

To be fair, it took a rookie pitcher, making his first major league appearance for A-Rod to get a clutch hit 😉

Considering it's Buchholz vs Sabathia, I'd say it'll be closer to the first game's outcome.

Ugh, this stretch of games is going worse than I had feared, although it's not surprising in any way, shape or form.

2006 was an awful year for the Sox. Why do they have to try and repeat it???

ortiz is telling all his lies right now on ESPN.

Just like every other idiot that got caught. Is this a shocker to you?

i wish they would reveal the rest of the names and get all their fake apologies over with so we do not have to hear it anymore. doubt if that will happen though

For those keeping track of the offense here, the Sox have now amassed the princely sum of 6 hits and zero runs in the last 23 innings.

So then, you blame the coach for the loss?

I thought today's game was at night too.🙁

Now it's 24 innings.

An even more amazing fact is that the Sox haven't had a runner past 2nd base in 23 innings now. How's that for excellence?

There are so many dumbfounding stats coming from the Sox lately, it'd take down the internet posting them all.

I haven't seen Yankee's baseball this good in years. If we keep winning the games we should be, I'll be celebrating big this fall.

This.

How SWEEP it is
