One of the funniest, clean and non-intentional plates I saw was here in Kentucky. Our plates are 3 numbers hyphen 3 letters.

Saw a woman that had the plates 999-MEN.
Guess she has 999 problems...but men ain't one.

I only knew because the title of this thread made it obvious the plate was supposed to mean something. If I passed that plate in a parking lot I wouldn't look twice at it.
