Get one of those 240CFM 120mm Delta fans, daisy chain it to CPU PWM with an Arctic Cooling F9, then just mount it facing your face.

I once spent at least two hours a week at a conference trying to get a Finnish man to laugh. Never managed it. The funny thing was that the women were really fun loving but the guys walked around as if their faces were hewn out of marble in a perennial frown. Must be those long Scandy winter nights... 😀
