OMG, that thing was sweet!

Heres a small story that was going with it:

This takes place in a neighborhood close by as we are biking.

Friend: You know, my parents are going to buy me a used car when I'm 16!
Booga: Thats awesome! Do you get to pick?
Friend: Yeah, I want a big car like a truck or an SUV.
Booga: Hmm... If I were you I'd go for a small car or even a convertible

*Now we go by for some time and see a ton of nice convertibles including an s2000*
Friend: I still think I'm gonna get a big car
Booga: You know, those things chug gas a nd aren't the most economic for going back and forth from school
Friend: Woah, look at that nice convertible, I'll look into those along with the SUV's
Booga: Thats nice

*Now we see a red car coming down the lane and taking a turn not realizing its a Ferrari*
Booga: Yeah, you should get something like that, wait, its coming towards us
Friend: Yeah, I wonder what kind of car it is
Booga: You idiot, thats a Ferrari!!!

*Now Booga and Friend bike really fast toward the car and see where its going in the neighborhood. We finally get to a home where it was parked outside with the driver and a ~15 year old boy getting out.*
Booga: Hi!
Guy: Hi, how are you?
Booga: Good, thats a nice ride ya got there, it must be fun driving that!
Guy: Thanks
Friend: *Gives some other compliment*

*Now we begin to leave the neighborhood and just stop outside and talk. A bunch of cars go by with nothing great. But then, the guy in the Ferrari comes there, he smiles at me, and takes off like none other! He seemed really efficient at his gear changing too*

Booga and Friend go back towards home since its getting dark and we were tired from like 4 hours of biking and see a really nice looking SUV with the stuff they put on cars when they're in early design stages and people take spy shots of so we couldn't really see the outside or inside, but we some some really nice rims on it, they were spinners. We tried catching up but they went fast away.

Cliff Notes
Saw a bunch of nice cars including s2000, saw a Ferrari, saw a car with black covering everywhere but with really nice spinners on the rims.

EDIT: Changed Title

I'm guessing it was a Modena.

I saw a Ferrari when I visited UC Berkeley. It probably belonged to a professor, since it was parked like right outside of a lab (not in a parking lot, but what looked like reserved spots, maybe 3-4). I got a picture of it: http://members.cox.net/eudean/ferrari.jpg

Looks like an old one, but still interesting to see nonetheless.

I doubt it was an enzo, all of them were accounted for before they were even made. Plus it's a fscking expensive mofo

Yeah, it's probably not an Enzo, seeing how damn expensive and rare they are...and you really had me in shock, I thought the 15 year old was driving!!!

Hehe, if it was a 15 year old driving I'd ask him to give me a ride around the neighborhood or something. When that guy left the neighborhood he obviously floored it, it was like he never really had to spend time getting to 50mph. Oh, and I don't think he changed from first gear at all if that helps. Can the first gear on an enzo do 45-50mpg?

mpg = miles per gallon, hope that was a typo

Probably could, it would be near redline though, and squeel like a mofo

The new Lambo that came out a few years ago redlined at 62 mph in first gear, so it wouldn't surprise me if the Enzo could do 50.

You didn't even post pics. Let's imagine that seeing an Enzo in person rates a 2.5 on the 1 to 10 scale of excitement. Now, let's say seeing pics of it online rates about 1.5 on the same scale. What would you say is an accurate rating for reading a short story about a kid on his bike who saw one? Take into account the fact that the story about the kid on his bike didn't have any pictures.

Depending on proximity and length of viewing I'd rate the excitement factor closer to a 5. A 10 being something like losing your virginity while skydiving for the first time, having just won a billion dollars and finding out that what you thought was terminal cancer was in fact nothing but a bad cold.

And had too much obnoxious dialogue. :)

Edit: And this is at least the second "I live in a rich neighborhood" thread I've seen from you in the last couple of days AgaBooga. Don't turn into Ylen13. :)
