I saw in this forum a while ago a link to some Microsoft site that basically had the update patches you get with the online updater but they were executables you could save instead of just one time online. Anyone know where this is?

Thanks, but that link says "Thank you for your interest in Windows Update

Windows Update is the online extension of Windows that helps you get the most out of your computer.

The newest version of Windows Update is only available on computers that are running Microsoft Windows XP."

Breaka you mean the online updater puts them in temp internet? Hmmm, I'll have to check that.

I just did this this morning, but like the dummy I am, I didn't bookmark the sites. And it was on a computer I don't have access to right now. Run the WIndows Update and click on details (or something like that) and in the body of the description there will be reference to a Microsoft Security Update article with a reference number like MS02-015. Do a google search using that ID number and you should come up with what you need.

I should have done this ages ago. With 5 machines running Win98SE, the downloads on dialup were killing me. I burned the files to a CD and had at it. :D

Here's a link for what you will come up with.
