great movie, if you own a entertainment system, even better. the DTS on this movie is INCREDIBLE! think imma put it in now...
 
Definitely worth a rental... and definitely worth buying if you like war movies... and this is coming from a guy who only has like 5 DVDs in his collection (Saving Private Ryan is one of them)...

IMO, it is a good war movie. It is the best movie I have seen in a long time that protrays both the bravery and brutality of war. The first scene, GIs hitting the beach during D-Day are intense!
 
With Tom Hanks on the Allied side I wish the Germans had won.

Imagine what a nice result it would have given to see a real bullet hit him in the head!
 
Dude, that movie is phenomenal. Best war movie I've ever seen.

Haven't seen Band of Brothers yet (no HBO, banned from Blockbuster 😕 )
