Saving Outlook 2007 Calendar

I'm going to go back to XP Pro from Vista Ultimate. Just too many of my older programs won't work with Vista.

I'd like to save everything in my Outlook 2007 calendar (with all the formatting and appointments).

I TRIED to do this with the import/export wizard over the summer when I reformatted and installed Vista, but apparently screwed up and lost all the formatting and information about the appointments. (showed the time blocks, just not the data)

I KNOW there's a way to do it right...😱

To back up the PST, simply copy the actual Outlook PST file from the Vista installation to a temporary spot (CD/DVD, USB drive, network drive, etc.), install XP, install Office 2007, then copy the PST back and tell Outlook where to find it.

I TRIED using the Microsoft Backup tool...except that Outlook doesn't recognize it... so I finally figured out to do what Fard has suggested. (Dammed "Server Too Busy" error for the past several hours)

Thanks for the help folks.
