Saving Dial-Up password & username for WinXP?

I can't seem to get it to save the username and password for my dialup account. Even though I checked the Option of "save this password blah blah blah" crap under the connect button. When i restart the computer, the password and username get cleared. ::

Hey, I have a big problem with WinXP and connection too. Could you guys just read and see if you can make a difference? Sorry for not helping tought, I'm not familiar with WinXP.
