Saving an unfinished post

Is there anyway to add this feature so that if I'm not ready to publicly publish the post, I can save it and not have to retype the whole thing again and come back to it when I'm ready.

I do, but what if I am at work when I come up with the post, then leave work and come home to publish the post. Blogger and Vox and I'm sure other blogging services have this feature. I didn't know if Fusetalk did or not.
 
When faced with that, I email it to myself at home.
You might make the suggestion to FuseTalk but within the next 10 years, we might be going to VBulletin.
