This is quite amazing - being uninsured and on a limited budget (student loans!) has made me into a bit of a cheap bastard, always looking for the best price on things that I need.
I'm pescribed ritalin and celexa and CVS wanted to charge me $135 for ritalin (generic) and $49.99 for celexa (generic). With a little bit of research I found ritalin for $35 at Walgreens and Celexa for.. get this.. $5 at Costcos! That's a savings of $140 a month! Do you know how much booze I can get with an extra $140???
Seriously folks, do some research. Costco is amazing, most of their generics are $5-$20 without insurance! Amazing to me, really...
