Don't diss the lamp shade, the damn thing was blinding me so duct tape and paper had to be applied. :thumbsup:

Looks like a fire hazard.

I built something similar when I lived in the dorms. I put little vents in it, it didn't get hot enough to ignite paper. I actually checked the temps.

if you use CFL lightbulbs, it wont get hot at all

I had standard 60 watt bulbs.

theres a bigger window to my right and a door to my back, its a room on the 3rd floor, not much room for windows

I just noticed epic failure.... >_< surround sound speakers all at the front... lol

4 channel stereo, i dont feel like 1) building stands 2) buying longer wires and 3) there really is no place to put them that would not be the middle of the room
