kinda hard to stay disciplined when on the road in a hotel, and a full room service breakfast is completely covered by work. trying to avoid the santa belly for Christmas I guess.

It's a sugar cookie recipe with grapefruit zest added. Zest = grated citrus peel. Then the juice is added to the frosting.

simple enough, sounds tasty. i have some oranges i was thinking of doing something like that with, but i never would have considered a grapefruit 🙂
