SATA................

Guyz......I have to verify this.......

My HDD SATA has a jumber at the back that choose whether 1.5Gb or 3Gb......

Which should I choose????? Is there any performance difference between those????

Why is this in CPU?

Anyway, if you've got SATA ports on your motherboard then chose 1.5Gb/s if you've got SATAII ports then chose 3.0Gb/s. There is a small performance difference in burst but it's negligable in practice.

What motherboard do you have?

There have been sporadic reports of occasional odd issues, but otherwise that jumper setting matters fairly little.
