SATA vs SATA II Cables?

Should I only use SATA II cables with a SATA II HDD? Does anyone know if there is much of an impact using a SATA I cable?

There is no difference at all, except the connectors on SATA II may have little locking tab thingies.

Don't see why it shouldn't work... Use HDTach to measure your throughput...

just like usb 1.1 vs usb 2.0 cables, there should be no performance differance

I actually bought SATA II cables and found they didn't work. Use SATA 1.0 cables and everything is peachy.
