SATA retail packaging

I'm going to buy 2 SATA drives for a RAID 1 setup. Does anyone know if the retail packaged drives include a data cable and a power cable? If not I'll probably just stick with OEM.

in general retail packages include cables but probably depends on brand. If you are going with western digital drives get their secure connect cables they are much more stable then regular sata cables and far less likely to break or to break to connector on the drive

Ditto with jkresh on the secure connect cables for WD. You lose the ability to use the SATA power (have to use the molex), but it is a fair trade for the better connection.
