SATA power from non-SATA PSU?

hey guys,

quick question. just built up a machine, but realize that my PSU only has one sata connector and waaay too many of those old traditional ones used on IDE devices.

what're my options, i'm hoping this doesn't mean new PSU? is there some adapter or something i could use to convert the IDE power cable to SATA?

appreciate any help, and preferably any links to ebuyer / ebay!
