SATA Mobile Rack for Server 2003

I'm looking at replacing the SCSI tape drive in a Windows Server 2003 machine with a SATA mobile rack and multiple SATA drives in trays. I was wondering if all the user has to do is pull out one drive and replace it with another? What would be a good mobile rack to buy?

Yes its hotswap capable. I use Kingwin 83 series SATA2 mobile rack and it works well.

I'm using this. It has a fan in the tray and another in the rack. A little noisey, but they keep the HD below 40 C.
