Ok, i got 2 SATA2's...decided not to run in RAID0...so now i'm having some trouble. Is it possible to run a sata main and a sata (backup)???

Like w/ my ide's i had 2 drives, one was C: the other was D: and i could access both from My Computer....is this possible w/ 2 SATA drives???? I thought it was, but i see no way of setting the other sata to a slave...PLEASE HELP ME!!
